Bizstats Subscription Terms of Service
 
The Brandow Company Inc. [BizStats] offers BizStats Blanket Access options to businesses and individuals who conduct in-house research or who plan to use BizStats Blanket Access Subscription in business plan development. Distribution beyond licensees or third parties required to review business plans for lending or investment purposes is prohibited.
 
Content from each BizStats Blanket Access subscription is limited to use by the individual Licensee. Only licensees have permission to access, analyze or utilize BizStats Blanket Access content. Separate licenses are required for each BizStats Blanket Access content user within an organization. Details for discount on multi-user licenses are available at www.bizminer.com. Distribution beyond licensees is permitted to third parties required to review business plans for lending or investment purposes.
 
The Licensor understands that these reports and subscriptions are more limited in scope, and display less current time series, than BizMiner reports and BizMiner subscription content also available at www.bizminer.com. Licensor understands the limitations on industry granularity, metrics and time series, descriptions of which are accessible from www.bizminer.com/bizstats-subscription.asp.
 
Permitted Use: The individual BizStats Blanket Access subscriber is permitted unlimited access to reports and data available under the selected subscription option.

Examples of prohibited use: Access to the BizStats Blanket Access database or login by anyone other than the purchasing subscriber. Distribution of report content at educational, marketing or other quasi-public or by-invitation public events; any electronic or other posting on a web site or in any other electronic format aside from distribution as part of business planning efforts to third parties required to review business plans for lending or investment purposes is prohibited.

Otherwise, data re-sale or re-engineering, web or electronic-based commerce or distribution to anyone outside your organization is not permitted.
 
BizStats Blanket Access subscriptions cannot be cancelled or revised once purchased, except at BizStat's sole discretion.
 
Engaging in prohibited use of content constitutes a breach of the BizStats Blanket Access subscription and may result in cancellation and recovery of damages by BizStats caused by such prohibited use.
 
Licensor agrees that there are no other refunds on Subscription fees.
 
Refund Policy
Our products are intellectual property. We do not extend refunds or credits for purchases. Where there is a reasonable question as to the accuracy of statistics we present (which are calculated from raw IRS data), we will make a reasonable effort to check the calculations and assure that we have reported and manipulated it accurately. The time series and content of BizStats Blanket Access subscription is based on IRS statistics, and any errors or unusual findings in the base IRS content is not a basis for any refund claim.
 
When you purchase an online BizStats Blanket Access subscription, you will be able to access the covered reports. In addition, we will send you an email with login information for unlimited future access to BizStats Subscription content. We will utilize the email that you input prior to your transaction. It is your responsibility to input a valid email address, and to set your spam controls so that you can receive the information from us. If you did not provide a valid email address, or were unable to receive our email, we have still attempted to deliver both the report and access information to you. Additionally, you can call us (866-863-9853) or email us at any time if you have difficulty accessing your report(s) online. Since our systems provide all the information and assistance you need to access your report(s) within a reasonable period of time, we will not provide refunds for report(s) that you do not access with the information we send you, or with the follow-up assistance offered here.
 
Notwithstanding any of the above, any claim filed by purchasers or other customers shall be filed in the home county and state of the Brandow Company (Cumberland County, PA) and be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the extent that any claim shall be found to supersede the "no refund" and other policies stated herein. Any claims shall be subject to review under these Terms of Service. Claims filed under other jurisdictions shall be null and void.
