Bizstats Subscription Terms of Service
 
The Brandow Company Inc. [BizStats] offers Subscription options to businesses and individuals who conduct in-house research or who plan to use BizStats subscription content in reports or projects for clients.
 
Content from each BizStats subscription is limited to use by the individual Licensee. A separate subscription is required for each database user within an organization.
 
Permitted Use: The individual BizStats Subscriber is permitted unlimited access to reports and data available under the selected subscription option.
 
Examples of prohibited use: Access to the Subscription database or login by anyone other than the purchasing Subscriber. Distribution of report content at educational, marketing or other quasi-public or by-invitation public events; any electronic or other posting on a web site or in any other electronic format aside from individual transmission to one end user client per report. Otherwise, data re-sale or re-engineering, web or electronic-based commerce or distribution to anyone outside your organization is not permitted.
 
Subscriptions cannot be cancelled or revised once purchased, except at BizStat's sole discretion.
 
Engaging in prohibited use of content constitutes a breach of the Subscription and may result in cancellation and recovery of damages by BizStats caused by such prohibited use.
 
YOU AGREE that there are no other refunds on Subscription fees.

Refund Policy
Our products are intellectual property. We do not extend refunds or credits for purchases. Where there is a reasonable question as to the accuracy of statistics we present (which are calculated from raw IRS data), we will make a reasonable effort to check the calculations and assure that we have reported and manipulated it accurately. The time series and content of BizStats subscription is based on IRS statistics, and any errors or unusual findings in the base IRS content is not a basis for any refund claim.

When you purchase an online report, you will be able to access the covered reports. In addition, we will send you an email with login information for unlimited future access Subscription content. We will utilize the email that you input prior to your transaction. It is your responsibility to input a valid email address, and to set your spam controls so that you can receive the information from us. If you did not provide a valid email address, or were unable to receive our email, we have still attempted to deliver both the report and access information to you. Additionally, you can call us (866-863-9853) or email us at any time if you have difficulty accessing your report(s) online. Since our systems provide all the information and assistance you need to access your report(s) within a reasonable period of time, we will not provide refunds for report(s) that you do not access with the information we send you, or with the follow-up assistance offered here.

Notwithstanding any of the above, any claim filed by purchasers or other customers shall be filed in the home county and state of the Brandow Company (Cumberland County, PA) and be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to the extent that any claim shall be found to supersede the "no refund" and other policies stated herein. Any claims shall be subject to review under these Terms of Service. Claims filed under other jurisdictions shall be null and void.
